It's all gone to shit and you're preparing to abandon all your superfluous possessions and go live in a cabin that happens to be right next to some rad trails. You can choose any bike to take with you.

When it comes to replacement parts, you'll have to pillage your local shop (which happens to have every part in existence)–a risky endeavor when there are zombie snob bike salesmen stumbling around inside. You've got enough time to fill an average-sized backpack with parts before they sniff you out and eat your brains. You can never return for more parts, so you'll have to keep your bike running with what you can fit in your pack.

What bike or type of bike would you choose? (be as general or specific as you want)
Which ten parts do you take, assuming you have all the tools you need already stashed at the cabin?

i think about this topic from time to time. if society collapses, i'm looking for a rigid steel mountain bike, preferably with sliding dropouts so i can singlespeed/fix it once the world's stock of gear parts dries up. shimano loose bearings hubs, bb's and head sets, with extra bearings and grease. as many tires as i can haul away. a bob trailer. extra grips, or maybe just a bag of cloth bar tape. an extra saddle. extra rims, something long-lasting and strong like a cr-18 or rhyno lite. older xt canti brakes and lots of brake pads. a box of cables and housing. a rebuildable pro/shop level pump. a few complete 7 speed drive trains. a case of lube, something long lasting like phil's. and i'd poach the shop's small parts bin - everything you need to keep a bike rolling for many years. 10 years down the line they'll be be worth more than gold to those who were smart enough to stock up on bikes when shtf.

Ten years down the road all the rubber bits will be checked and not particularly useful...
