Its very dangerous. He mostly does sea food but does grilled carne and pollo on Fridays. He also grills up the jalepenos. I eat way to much Mexican food. But I do live next to Mexico so I think it's ok.

I've never seen a seafood taco truck. Is it plates or tacos?

Mexican food is an essential part of my daily diet. Without it, life would not be the same.

This thread inspired me to hit Yolanda's... which, again, isn't technically a taco truck in that it's not in a truck but a restaurant.

I had blue crab, pork adobado, and al pastor...
Blue crab? That's a new one for me. Did your Al pastor have pineapple?

I hit up a hole in the wall restaurant today, like a truck in a building and homemade tortillas. Pork in red sauce is awesome.

Hey, what are the must hit taco trucks in Yakistan these days and where can I find them? We've got 2 teams coming out for selection, and we needs ta know!
Whens you landing? It all depends on where you'll be and how far you want to drive to hit them up. Some of these spots are trucks and some are hole in the wall restaurants. The best two hole in the walls in Yakima proper are Tamales Express on 4th Ave and MLK and Salsitas on the corner of Fair and Pacific Ave.

The trucks are all over and some are good and others not. Wapato, Toppenish, Harrah, and Sunnyside all have good tacos if you end up out in the valley looking at farms.

The brewery owner, production manager, and a brewer land on Sunday for 3 days. Quality Manager, me, and a brewer land on the 24th for 3 days. I think we're at your place 9/25 around 10am.

Thanks for the tips!
Right on, I'll be around this week but when you get here I plan on being in Helena riding my mountain bicycle. Sorry I'll miss you!

Front Range, dude...
Just found this thread...my favorite truck is actually a brick and mortar place. Will get pics next time I go...onlyest problema is that they dont have horchata...which I ask for every time nonetheless, in hopes that they surprise me.
