So seeing as I have 3 kids of varying age, we have Disney, Prime, Youtube TV, Netflix, Paramount, Hulu, Apple TV+, and probably others Im not even remembering. Seems like Cable would be cheaper, but its not.
Paramount is really only good for Beavis and Butthead, and Youtube TV goes in price...
I had to order new leaf spring for my 2021 Forrest river. The stock springs have already gone flat. Its a known issue with these trailers. They put 3500# springs on a trailer that weights that much empty. Im putting 4400# springs on....
Im probably going to have to put a bigger capacity...
The campground that we spend a lot of time at has hundreds of miles of jeep trails around it. Most of them have a TON of elevation gain. I was thinking of doing an electric conversion to my old Yeti 575. its still pretty solid, but never gets ridden.
Have any of you guys looked into what the...
My son took this while I was doing some welding in his car. Its cool how the camera picks up the smoke and sparks...
( and yes, those are my best welding gloves...)
My moms boyfriend (ya go ahead) has had Lance Rigs for years with no real issues. They recently bought a new F350 with a Lance camper and have had zero issues.
Thanks for posting this! I have a 2021 Forrest River and purposely went with a trailer that has less options. Like no slides, etc. We have about 15 trips in ours so far, mostly 10-12 days long, but there was one 21 day trip. Granted the campground we love is only 66 miles away, but so far so...
I got offered a free 4.3L Vortec V6 and a 4l60 trans. Im debating if I want to swap it into my sons 61 Falcon... It would be great once its done, but the work would be huge. The motor is coming out of a running truck that a buddy is putting a twin turbo 4.8 into, but its got 160k miles, so...
We have been asked a few times by close friends if they can use our trailer. I have let them all know that only my immediate family are allowed to use the toilet or shower.
Our trailer came with blank panels behind the doors of what would have been the under sink cabinet. I removed them to find the outdoor fridge behind one, thats now has small, spice rack style shelves. The other side was a cabinet side open void with a couple wires running and plumbing thru it...
Were leaving tomorrow for a week of camping. Its only a 60ish mile drive to the campground, but I figure a good chance to rinse the gray and black tanks. Has anyone ever tried a half cup of dish soap and some water down the grey? Seems like it may be a bubbly mess?
This is the campground that we try to spend as much time as possible at. We were there for 3 full weeks in July. The kids love it and Im able to work anywhere I have cell service, so why not!
