Bummer about the bike. Be careful and tactful if and when you do encounter a "recovery" situation. It's a pricey bike, but not worth getting hurt/ losing your life.

I'm about 7 months out w/ a cadaver graft. Just picked up my CTI brace this afternoon. You will get there -- best advice I got from my PT -- "It's a marathon, not a sprint."
Yes, he was up about a second and a half and looked like he was feeling it. Ended about 7.5 seconds down after a pretty significant crash. Too bad... but Windham might be his destiny??

I had my ACL replaced 4/20 this year as well. (I had plans, but that's another story)
I've gone ahead and swallowed the bad news that I'm not on a DH bike this season. It's not worth it to me to pop it again. I can just see myself...
