    Only one Wisp race?

    Wisp is having a race Sept 11-12. Downhill on Sunday. Slalom on Saturday. Probably run high roller for the race on Sunday but I have no idea. I went and rode there on Monday. It wasnt bad...not a lot of bikers.

    Well...i went up to sevensprings today despite no reply from anyone (resort number/facebook, etc.) and to my suprise the shuttle service was amazing!!!! I started at 10am and stopped at 5pm and I must have done a million runs. Everytime I was at the bottom I took it back to the top. Amazing...

    Anyone know anything about it? Is it offered by the resort? I am trying to bike tomorrow and maybe Wednesday and they said they do the shuttle thing but werent any kind of specific. Any info would be great so I dont waste a drive.

    Snowshoe free camping/cheap lodging?

    I saw people camping in the SilverCreek parking lot with tents...just saying. I can not believe I just paid $100 for a race. That is what makes me bitter. That is really all I can add.

    I am an expert female and there were only 2 categories: cat1-cat2, and cat 3 pro expert? Is that right?You dont separate the expert females from the pros?

    Seriously. Im going to be interested to see the race turn out this year. It just seems so expensive with gas, hotel, camping, food, license, race fees, beer, food, beer, parts, maintance. UGH. Why cant the things we love just be free? Like air?
