shimano has the 11-21 , 11-23, 12-25 and 12-27
sram has the 11-23, 12-26 and now the 11-26 DH cassette i'm interested in
i do have a old sram 11-26 with black plastic spacers and black steel lockring but as far as i know it must be pretty old
because sram has only been doing the 12-26 for...
Well said, I think the broken 40's were all the first generation
lowers, but i believe Fox replaced them under warranty
for the newer improved lowers.
I think rockshox also had issues with lowers snapping
and have since beefed them up also
I am looking for a good headset for my DH bike
I was looking at getting a King but a few people have said they are no good for dual crown forks seeing they don't have a compression
ring for the top cap only a rubber o-ring.
any opinions on the king headsets even though alot of people
still...
i'm running a dura-ace ss super short cage rear derailer on my dh bike
and was wondering if there is any performance benefits of
running a 12-25 9 speed cassette over a 12-27 9 speed cassette
i'm running a single 38T saint chainring and MRP chainguide.
what size road cassette are people...

in a 12-26,
Sram does however make a 11-32 and 11-34 in a pg990...
I'm going full Sram this year but not 100% sure on cassettes to run
Anyone using the Sram pg970 road cassettes, the one with the clear orange
plastic spacers between the individual gears and the aluminium alloy lock ring

which the owners manual says to use either a
XTR, XT, Duraace or Ultegra cassette because of the Aluminium
freewheel body ?
How does the Sram Pg970 cassettes rate for Aluminium...
Even though the 2007 sundays complete bikes come with a 36t e13 ring and bashy and the catalogue says its a STS guide ,the backplate is actually a SRS backplate, so if I want to run a larger chainring i can just by buying a larger chainring and bashy
if you are buying a aftermarket e13...
