Well its is true about the retail being 7000.00 bucks for the complete and 4 grand for the frame and rear shcok. The main reason you are not seeing bryn on this bike is because GT decided to to sign new riders for the 09 season. No more Jil or Bryn for Gt.
It all depends man. If your gonna wait for the new Boxxers that wont be out till summer of '09 then wait and get those. IF not get the DH 40's they wont flex like a plastic fork when ur tight tech sections.
really just use standard bearing on your dh bike, ur not sam hill for crying out loud. if its a road bike then maybe but for the price i would rather spend the money on a hadley wheel set or Inine wheels. Just another way for sram to take your money
if you really need to upgrade to ceramic bearings trying training more. You are on a dh bike u dont need them. For the money you can buy steriods those work better. JK
hey man i saw ur thread on ridemonkey about beyondbikes.com. thank you i finally feel good about working there. if u need any call me and ask for andrew. 1800 bike 911. We here at beyondbikes.com appreciate you having our backs.
I took alot if time to tape everything off the hardest part was the talas knobs and rebound knob. it was fairly easy to do. plus if the top crown was brown and the lowers baby blue that would look stupid. hahaha
sorry to dissapoint you all the turner 4x frame that you might have seen some team riders using latley is what you will see. It was a special run of frames. Good luck trying to get one. what you could do is buy a used 5 spot and put flux rockers and a shorter shock.
what do you mean they dont make a free ride bike. the rfx is a 6'' inch travel bike and the high line wich is now i believe going to 7 3/4 travel or eight depending on what shock. the thread on mtbr yeah i know who that is. they started making on with a program and they wanted something that...
so just to let you know, turner has not release any new on a bike for 4x. the one that Maxxis team rides is a proto and they have like two, the orange one that Kirkalde rode last season is the same frame that he is riding now. Only now it is sand blasted and polished. Way to start rumors. but...
depends on what course they run, they have course that are pretty tech but like always you have to pedal the wall. I would recomend riding long distance to get in shape for the wall.
