    I'm gonna call Cane Creek and talk to Malcolm about it as he is an authority on this kind of thing, but I wanted to see if anyone out there has done this and how you liked it/how it changed the bike? I've had a CCDB on a demo 8 and it was an amazing difference on that bike.

    Gary Fisher Superfly

    The bike is illegal kinda fast. It's also really comfortable - meaning I like the geomotry of the bike. Handles rough stuff much better then I would have expected. If you can swing a deal I'd be all over it.

    Can most of these workouts be done at home with a set of dumbells or do you need to go to the gym to complete them? I'd like to give this a try, but my money is better spent actually getting to go race instead of on a gym membership.

    How do you insert pics for classifieds

    I have photobucket and that is how I insert pics in the ad. My question is how do you get a pic on the title page - you know how people scroll down through the ad page and can see your title and some people put a picture next to it - that's what I don't know how to do???
