Anyone one use the Exogen 4000 Bone Healing system?
I have an exogen unit as well, insurance paid for all but $250. It has 300 uses on it before it is dead, then you have to send it back to get it recharged for more uses with a provided shipping envelope by the manufacturer. there are some great stuff in the sherando area 3hrs west of va beach. but most of it has to be shuttled...but also a new park is hopfully being built in greenville va valleyxtremesports.com. check it out...anyways if you ever wanna hit some local trails here let me know-after dec 08 i should be...- yakuzafreerider

It should be a pretty cool place...indoor -outdoor bmx, skatepark, mx track, and some mountainbike trails will be cool. thats funny talking bout renegade building...lol I was just asking if any thought from local clubs that it could be possible to make the trail even better. There are so many possibilities there it would be cool to have optional lines...anyways thanks for the input all- yakuzafreerider

saturday shuttles... where to go???
The tree is on the downhill section of slacks, the other downed tree on white rocks is pretty cool built up for a nice jump. Anyways keep everyone informed on the shuttles, sundays are definatley a safer day to rip it up there.- yakuzafreerider
