My hubby is going to the shore which I'm not ready for and don't have the bike for. My bike is a XC. I'm having a new burlier fork put on Friday and should be able to pick it up on Saturday morning in Everett. Let me know if anyone is interested. I'm thinking Lake Sawyer or similar.
Hi, I know that area very well, ride there all the time, it's my favorite. I could show you around if you'd like. I have a very good map of the area. PM me if you want a guide. If I'd seen your post I'd have talked to you sooner. There are definitly some very good trails and miles of them...
Yes, I agree. In order to up your riding to the next level, you need to learn how to do jumps and drops and that will progress into being able to do more and more. If you want to ride some of the really good trails in the NW, you need to know how to get over a log and what not.
So sorry to hear about the car accident. Hope you get back on soon. We went for a ride at SST yesterday as well and hit Lake Sawyer today. I took a tumble and have a huge bruise on my toosh. I couldn't clip out and fell onto a stump! Dummy me. Have to work tomorrow though. :(
