depending on hub, u might need a ss conversion kit, vertical dropouts require a chain tensioner in place of the derailuer, and of course a chain, cranks and a sprocket
DO NOT powdercoat the fork white, leave it black, it looks fvckin awsome, and you could take it to a shop and have em buff/ream the seatube, it takes like 20 seconds. Sick bike as is
