How many of you girls own a DJ or Urban FR bike? What do you got? I want one. I think it'll help my riding and take up some time in the off season months.
Guys, I've come a long way this summer in my riding, considering this time last year I could barely get my tires off the ground! And it's all thanks to my great friends and husband who show me everything I need to see. Plus, the Dirt Series clinic in Whistler was the best!

I liked it. It's hard to tell just riding around in the gravel parking lot, but overall, I had a great impression. It felt a lot like my bottle rocket, but was a bit higher up (the bottom bracket), had a shorter cockpit, and a slacker headtube (the BR has a 67), but it was a lot...
Body armor is a definite if you are doing obstacles! If I'm doing just a XC ride, I won't wear it, but if I know I'll be doing a lot of logs, I will. Be careful it doesn't give you the super women complex though. It did to me at Whistler where I was wearing full body armor and a full face...
