I see an alarming amount of local kids riding around on high end bikes that are way too big for them with handlebar widths so wide that their little arms are fully extended. How do bike shops allow this to happen when selling bikes?

I just got this new Vintera in white blonde and have really loved the vintage feel and sound compared to the more modern black one next to it.
I’ve got a GX Eagle setup that has started to derail off the pulleys. They setup is still shifting good but it’s 6 months old and on original chain, derailleur and cassette.i did just replace the front chainring, swapping the aluminum Sram with the steel version.
Chain? Pulleys? Other?
