Trust me to get the dud! Will persist. Many more probs and it'll get the flick though.

So turns out the double wrap cir clip on the spring side let go and not the cart as I thought. After trying to fit it I saw why. Some bad tolerance or a burr meant the cir clip was not fully seated on its second loop. Small mod later and it was in properly this time. The cart still feels a...

    X-Fusion Vengeance

Yep. That's how it felt for the first 10 minutes yesterday, freaking nice. Then a small ledge after a rocky shoot sent it to ****ville. Will take it a part today. Cartridge has all but exploded, crap rattling around in there everwhere.

Switch to the yellow tape and little valve. More room for the bead of the tyre. Works good for me!

Anyone else having drama with these forks? 2 rides in and two blown cartridges? Fork turns into a pogo stick with harsh top out.

010 Giant Glory DH, oooh thats a light one. HA is under 65*.

Far from it. CBJ is on the money, not everyone rides the same. The only thing untested for me on this bike is the rear shock. Lightweight Good quality parts that are well looked after will last longer than lower end heavier parts that are hammered.

010 Giant Glory DH, oooh thats a light one. HA is under 65*.

Coming in sub 15kg (14.9kg or 32.8lb) is my new Glory dh01. Too bad I put on 4 kg over christmas. Spec is basically the same as I had on my norco with wider al bars and a more cush seat. The manitou shock is yet to get a try out, its a bit of a muck around. But in the car park it feels much...

40lb post! DH/FR Rigs around the 40lb mark! tips, pics, specs

The middleburns are still a nice crank, the quality of the alloy used is second to none. Also, there is nothing wrong with the isis interface. Infact it is still largely used by trials riders who can put their bikes through hell and back. I still like the skinny look too...

Sapim CX-ray versus DT revolution 2.0/1.5mm

try the poor mans revos, wheelsmith ae14s or ae15s. Not sure about them on a rear wheel though, flex is noticeable.

Hey sorry to be a noob and ask odd questions BUT....

No idea of value in your country. But before you sell, flip that shock shuttle. The bike will ride 132.566% better. Much slacker and lower.

FS 4X/slalom/playbike. SX or Meta 4X?

Have a look at the norco 4x. No bling names, but you'll get a complete bike for the price of the frames you mention. Mine rides great, heaps of fun.

    Yeti 303 ´08 broken bikes?

Norco just sent more than 1400 front triangles out to replace possible headtube issues. Yet of the 40+ bikes I have sold I had not seen one issue first hand. Yeti could learn a thing or two from norco and issue a recall on what is an obvious fault. Ride it till it cracks is not really good...
