    2007 Iron Horse 7.5

    Thanx, that's definitely not the problem. Spent an hour going through it with pretty hi-end mechanic. There is definitely nothing visible making contact. It's definitely one of the pivot points, bushings (pivot hardware) or the shock itself.

    Thanx! The hardware actually didn't quite seem snug enough. Do you know anything about the shock though? It does seem like it also has a dead spot at the top (fully extended) end of the stroke. Seems like that could be chunking as well. Hmmm???
