    Make sure to wear yer orange in Pisgah

    I was up there last weekend and got word from one hunter that people were "brush hunting" which was later defined as "shooting at anything that moves in the brush" I later came upon a hunter sitting on the side of the trail ready to go. Wearing orange would be a really good idea.

    Pull out BB, clean threads on BB/inside shell on frame. Wrap BB threads in teflon tape, 2 or 3 layers. Grease outside of tape layer, grease shell threads on frame. Reinsert BB slowly, to avoid cross threading.

    Any metal to metal contact needs grease, or your headset will become one with your bike, given the correct amount of time and use.
