Is the upper derailleur pulley parallel to the cogs (eyeballing it from the back)? Maybe a tweaked derailleur hanger with nice new teeth is catching where the worn setup didn’t.
Could be either way, I suppose. But it seems like even mis-matched springs would put less force on an arch/ lowers than a single side spring. Could be a nice way to fine tune the rate
I must admit being excited to see someone like DW tackle a maligned design with potential. Kind of takes it out of the “nut job” category and into one where people might actually give it a chance. Wish he’d focus on a gearbox tho...
I think it’s rad that Seagrave is pulling a lot closer on a consistent basis.
That season where Atherton literally won everything (usually by big margins) made the racing less interesting, even though it’s cemented her as legend status IMO.
