    Steel vs Aluminium (more like...ox plat vs scandium)

    Add one more to the PNW injured list....

    I feel for ya and don't even live in the PNW anymo... I broke my right scaphoid (wrist) a few weeks ago at Northstar.... SUX! I can't even write my own name and I have to type with only my left hand :( Sounds like I'm gonne be in a cast for 2-3 months, not good... I've been dreaming of the gulch...

    making a headset press???

    i made one similar to the toninator's it works fine but doesn't stay centered like a real one will. it fits in a small toolbox drawer too so that's nice. if i still worked in a shop & had access to wholesale tool prices i'd buy a real one though.

    2002 Marzocchi Z1 FR ECC problem

    i am on my 4th ecc cartridge since i first tested some prototypes a few years back. every time i get a new one it's different, i'm hoping the reliability improves eventually but just keep crossing my fingers. they seem to last me on average 6-9 months & i use them regularly on almost every ride.

    Trouble Sleeping after long rides

    I was wondering if anyone had any experience or advice with sleep problems after long rides? If I got out on a 4+ hour epic ride with a lot of climbing (4000 ft+), all singletrack, superfun, etc... I have major difficulty sleeping that night, I'm usually REALLY tired but I feel so exhausted...
