Be careful not to push it to soon. I bruised my ribs good at 26 West a couple of years ago on my first run down the trail and decided to ride the rest of the day. This resulted in fluid build up between my ribs. Took a solid month an a half if not more to be able to ride without pain.

It took 4 days of rain to get it like that. Usually it stays fairly dry. We are going to put some french drains in next work day on it. I am itching to work more on the freeride stuff.
There are some really nice shots in that link above. Great job. I really want to get better with action photography and wanted to get up there for that as well. Maybe I will be employed by the next one and able to afford the trip.

I drink the stuff to help stay up on long drives sometimes, seriously besides coffee most energy "fill in the blank" that is all-natural tastes like butt.
I will say though that at the Clemson DH race they had them free, and although I didn't like them before the race they tasted much better at...
