Hey bud, after a good ass long while I came back to visit this thread "scammed by Nemesis Project Cycles'. This Brad guy never sent me anything, money wise or material I sent him years ago. I wonder if he'll ever pay. I'm still out $1250 plus materials.

I'd be in on it. If I could only get my custom parts back it'd be awesome. The money might be a lost cause. Who else wants in on this thing? Lets sue this moron.

LOL, I was actually aiming for really old, (secular) huge, gargantuan tree where his golf wouldn't stand a chance.

How the f*** is this guy still in business after all the **** he pulled? I ended up building my frame on my own, never got my parts back, or the money back, even after reaching a resolution and having him agree to do so. He is such a crack-headed asshole. I hope one of this days he'll get struck...

Ok, so it has been a while since I have done anything regarding this matter. With the purchase of a new home, and the relocation of our offices it has been kind of hectic. However, untill I take some legal action, this thread will be bumped non stop from now on.

I spoke to Mark, he only does his own designs. He seems like a nice guy, gave me a bunch of advice. His bikes are awesome.

Thanks. I have invested a lot in this machine, hence my frustration with Brad. The machining alone for the custom links cost a fortune.

I hired him to build a front triangle and a rear swing for a full suspension set up I had been working on for a while. He said he put a lot of work into the rear fixture, I never saw any proof of that. The usual bull**** I always got from him. The design was intricate kind of like a latice, but...

I have not forgotten about this. I have been diverting my attention towards other more important things in my life right now. I will definitely not drop it. He will pay. I don't care much about the money anymore, just my custom parts. I wanted so bad to have my bike ready for the UCI World Cup...

Scammed by Nemesis Project Cycles a.k.a Brad Hodges

He didn't surrender anything. Nor does he want to show any pictures or anything showing he did any work. I sent him the money as a downpayment and for material, plus I sent him dropouts and gussets and other custom machined items, which cost me in excess of $700. I lost the money, I know I'll...

With all this support and advice, I may end up suing him anyway. He did ask for my address again last week so he could send me my parts back. No money though, as he says he put in hours of work. I have yet to see anything that proves that. Everytime I revisit this thread I get all pissed off. ****.
