Anyways, at 6'3" I'd bet you'd feel pretty comfortable on the large. I'm 5'6" and ride the regular(small).

Well, my Soma 4one5 is 23 lbs and I didn't use any light bling parts on it. It does have the Surly 1x1 fork so I don't have the weight of a suspension fork.
The frame (17") weights ~4.5 lbs
