    Derailluer help?

    Pull out the cable from the housing. Clean w/ some steel wool, lubricate w/ some rock n roll lube or just a little bit of Park grease. reinstall, check your alighnment on your hanger and drink a cold one.

    Tips and Tricks

    Heres a good one. Instead of using a normal derailuer housing end at the rear derailuer. A v-brake noodle works great instead. They fit perfectly inside the barrel adjusters.

    I use a suction type unit that has a long leangth of tubing. This enables me to get all of it out, while giving the precice ammount inwhich to pour back into it. ---------------------------------- "we should all quit our jobs and become cycling monks.."...
