The free stroke "supposidly" changes the bite point of the pads, but due to how the brake fluid flows around inside of the caliper,it does nothing. All it seemed to do on mine was to make the lever feel notchy. All of this will be changed however in the next few years...watch for XTR to trickle...
Lever adjust just moves the lever closer to/farther away from the bar.Does nothing for the actual throw of the pads.
Free stroke does, and I quote from a Shimano tech. rep,"Little to nothing."
Most of the trails end up in the OHV park.
The trails that end up down there are Stonewall,Eastside,Murders, and Rocky Murder.
There's also Culvert Trail(also known as Tunnel Trail) which pops out at the confluence, and another trail called Flood which starts up at the McDonalds and comes out on...
Nope, rear brake mount is 203mm rotor only.

I tried mine the first time I rode with it with the straps on and hated it.It felt like when the brace did ride up,it stayed there.Took them off the next run and have never looked back since.
Thanks guys.
I'll check SC's website and see what they recomened for sag.I've owned a VPP bike before and I remember the sag was quite a bit, granted it was a first gen. V10.
So,i've never owned an AM bike before and I've got some questions for all you reguarding suspension set up,mainly spring weight.
On my DH bike I run a 550 pound spring out back, which gets me about 25-ish% sag and up front in my 40 I have the yellow spring which also gets me about 25%...
More news from his mom,Karen Wright...
Clark just spoke to the Doc. His kidney is going to be ok..still need to work on spleen. Apparently his back brake froze up on the last jump so when he hit the ground his back wheel wasn't spinning as fast..and through him over the bars. He rode the course...
