pilates is good, but not the most imporant excercise ever. however, i strongly recomend you get a qualified instructor, becuase if you think your back hurts now, wait till you teach yourself pilates wrong and screw it completly.
ok.
in terms of how much:
i ride for about half an hour everyday, nothing seroius, just sort of messing around to keep fit and ride from home to town to buy stuff. now with running, how much do i need to do to get the same amount of exercise?
ive got shoes. mostly just technique is what i want, like i know theres not much to it, but is there anything really important to keep im mind? and is half an hour good(thats how long i ride)
so im going to run to give myself some variation, but i know nothing about running. can someone just give me some rough advice like how long i should run ect? im just doing this for exercise, nothing serious.
thanks.
i did another set last night, just 50 or so, and i had anti-spasmodics ready just in case... no pain, so in a couple of days ill do another lot and build up from there.
thanks for your help, ill see how it goes.
well, i dont eat straight before, but its not a workout really. just some pilates and strenght stuff for twenty minutes.
i think i might see my doctor, because its awful.
so i think that the stomach aches ive been getting ususally occur by to doing abdominal excercies. i figured this out becuase i only do crunches once a week, and it just so happens i get the pain at the same time.
my question is, how can i keep doing the stomach exercises if im getting this...
well, i wasnt eating much protein, roughly 60 grams a day(though i dont count). and none of that was from 'complete'sources,so now im getting maybe 90 or so, and it hasnt come back.
so i get this over and over...
essentially, my stomach bloats, and i feel like ive eaten six bricks.it went awat for a while, during my holidays.but now school has returned, its back. and its nasty.
i eat plenty of fibre, drink plenty of water ect
now, do you think it could be an intolerence...
thanks, ill start at it all tommorow.probably doesent help that my diet is around 80% carbs, but then im over worrying about that sort of thing.i think it has a lot to do with my height, im 6'4 and still growing.
ok this is going to sound stupid. but im fed up.ever since i grew tall very fast, and got skinny, my shoulders have been scrawny.
id lie and say that this only concerns me with riding.but the truth is, im much more concerned with people saying to put on weight, even when everywhere else on my...
well i have been a veggie by default for a while now.protein is something that you dont need to worry about, because with a variety of foods you will get enough.honestly though, you are allergic to everything!what are the symptoms of these allergies?
expectations.....you wanna look like lance? or do you want to ride like him? lance trains and lives in a very calculated way.he weighs food and makes sure he is never overconsuming in calories.the thinner you are ,the harder it is(in my opinion)to lose excess weight.personally ,i have been told...
