Re: 190 mm, I just oiled up a 66vf2 for a friend and put 190 in each leg,
when ridden it appeared to have no rebound damping in the first inch or so of travel......raising the oil height in the rebound leg by 10 mm cured this

Most of the so called semi-bath forks Ive seen, seem to rely on the oil splashing around to lube, 50 cwt oil is not the way to go IMHO
