    2 words: interval training. O.k. and a couple more words...drop the processed sugar from your nutrition, really focused hard interval training, maybe spin classes all winter?

    I completed my program in May. Did a little modification...worked out the 6 days and then took 3 days off (work schedule). Did measurements at the gym before and after w/good results: down 11", 22 lbs, 6% body fat, and am loads stronger. Blew my shoulder up in the first DS race of my season...
