    that wouldnt work because your steer tube tapers were the race goes so it would jus be sittin loose on the fork if i put spacers under it.right???

    aight make sure that your throwing your body into it.and wen i say body i mean turn your head and shoulders into the directiohn you wanna spin. usually the harder your turn, the quicker and easier it is to spin.
