I just moved to Alamogordo (yay me).
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of some decent dh riding (also fine with pedaling up hills!), willing to put in some trail work if that's what it's worth...
Also at the moment I don't really know of anyone who rides...
Ha ha, I rode into that the first time last summer sight-unseen. I didn't dab but it could have ended badly for sure.
As for turning, definitely better to the side opposite my lead foot.

I've been dirt jumping at Goose Gossage for a bit here in Colorado Springs but I'm wondering if there's anything bigger/better in the area. I've heard of Goldenrod and another place but have no idea where they are.

Hey I'm in the same boat as freerider858, I'm going to school in the Springs and am looking for some good riding spots. I've been up to the Chutes, Palmer, etc. but am looking for some more downhill spots, and some dj's that are a bit better than Goose Gossage.
