Not sure about the Zama area but if you find yourself in the Yokota AB area give a hollar.

    A walk down memory lane...

Trail Ninja is a good name for it. It's a little more subtle than just calling them liars. Not all of these guys ride though. I only know two of them here, I work with one of them. :bonk:

What a piece of **** this guy is

People are WAY too sensitive these days! It's this guy's job to be controversial and ruffle feathers. Besides I know for a fact that kids these days do not get the disciplining they sometimes need. Not saying I know anything about autism or have any statistics telling me 99% of them are faking...

    Welding Opinion

Klein bikes also run their cables inside the frame, I think this looks sweet and makes sense. My cables on my Trek have scratched the heck out of my top tube and all the mud/dirt stays in the scratches. On a white bike it really is an eye sore. Plus it would probably keep alot of debris out of...

    suggestions on new wheels...

I just bought a set of Easton AM Havocs. They seem really nice and I have read some good reviews. They are light and suposidly strong though I have not completed my bike build so I can not say from experience how the ride or how strong they are. I just went off of alot of reviews on different...

    building a frame

Be sure to tack every joint together to prevent the cooling of the welds from warping your tube angles. Not sure if it's as big a factor with TIG but it sure makes a big difference with MIG. I'm sure if you plan on tackeling this type of project you must have alot of experience TIG welding so I...

    A walk down memory lane...

I know a few guys like this except they are mtn. bikers and experts at a few other things. Not sure if they mastered mall security yet but I'll let you know as soon as I hear one of them tell this tail.

    Bad Gun Owner

Revolvers generally have a hard trigger pull unless the hammer was cocked. Carrying a double action revolver with the hammer cocked is just too stupid to comprehend. I firmly believe in natural selection! :poster_oops:

    another new bike thread

In my opinion the Marin is the better bike. I've always liked the line of their frames, it just looks good. If I were you though I would take a look at Giant bicycles. You may be able to get more bang for your buck with them since they are the largest bicycle manufacturer and get all their...

I'm going to be in trouble...

NICE! I wish my wife would be on that same train of thought. That is exactly what I try to tell her but I guess anything more than one bike to her is a waste. She still can not see why I need a road bike, a XC bike and a DH bike. I dare not tell her I want a commuter bike, and I'd like to try my...

How much do you think I could get for this?

That's nice. No idea what a Norco sells for but I would take a look at some classifieds or check ebay for bikes with similar components and age and start from there. I've been finding medium/large bikes sell faster and for a little more on ebay too if that helps any.

    Is American beer any good?

Good beer can be found anywhere! Here are a few of my favorites in no particular order: U.S.A.: Bud Light Mexico: Dos Equis/Tecate India: Majaraja Turkey: Effes Japan: Heartland beer/ Kirin/ Asahi Dry Germany: too many to list! Almost all Pilsners. Britian: not really beer but I love...

    Wusthof 17cm Japanese cook's knife

I have a few Wüsthoff knives. I can not afford the block and set that I really want! Friggin' ex-roommate used one of my knives as a friggin' pry tool or something and broke the tip on my knive.

What cost cutting measures are you taking?

I just keep my wife locked in the closet for 6 days a week now instead of 4. Keeps her off the internet shopping sites and gives me the same amount of toy money. :bonk:

    Truvativ Hussefelt DH crankset question...

Does anyone know if this effects the Holzfeller OCT cranksets? I recently purchased one to put on my Yeti build but have yet to install it since I am waiting on my bottom bracket to arrive. Any info would be great. Thanks in advance, Dave

    McCain ~vs~ Obama; Gun Control/Rights

I for one and a gun owner/collector, Hunter, NRA mamber and a member of our nations military. It pisses me off to no end when ignorant folks push for bans and place all their trust and needs for security in the local and state police or the military. If someone were to kick your door down in...
