Hey guys,
I'll be in Denver starting tomorrow through Saturday morning. Will be bringing my bike with me, if anyone has time to meet up for a ride to show this newcomer around or grab a drink hit me up!
Had another question for you regarding the injury. The swollen area of my thigh, although it is swollen, doesn't hurt when I touch or massage it. It feels like a very shallow bump, as if the muscle is hardened. My concern is that if it is indeed a internal bruise, shouldn't it hurt when I touch...
Any of you guys who've had similar injuries to mine, try the acupuncture method process where they dispel accumulated blood from a hematoma? Wondering if this is a option to even consider? Anything to speed up the process.
Thanks guys, much appreciated. I can already feel my leg getting better, the hematoma has gone down a little bit with intervals of ice and heat wraps. I don't have any coverage at this point, I would love the idea of electrically stimulating my leg but we'll see, hopefully this is something that...
Would you advice ice? Or sticking with warm wraps? Its a little freaky, I've had a ton of injuries where I hit my knee but none where my muscle felt like it was restricting my movement, pretty scary stuff. Do you notice any long term effects? Any suggestions on rehabing?

Hey guys,
About two weeks ago, I got into an accident on my DJ bike where the frame and the handlebar ended up scissoring my upper right thigh upon crashing. I couldn't walk to well for a few days but in about a weeks time, it felt decent, not great, but enough for me to take a light 30 min...
Would I pump the levers (with the rotors out, pads still in) with the reservoir cap off? Once the pistons come out to the desired position, top off the reservoir and it should be set?
Anyone have any experiences with the latest Shimano Saint brakes free stroke adjuster screw not having any affect when dialed out? The brakes were factory bled, no crashes, less than 30 miles on them. I don't notice any difference in pad to rotor bite points when adjusted the screw out all the...
My regime follows quite closely to JonKranked's.
I usually run to the gym to warm myself up a bit and then start hitting the weights. I don't have a set routine at the gym, I try to listen to my body depending on how hard the work days been. Which is usually the reason I go to the gym before...
