I've been on the G-quads for about a year now, love them..They have a much better modulation then my saints and XT's in my opinion. took a bit longer to bed the pads then others though..its the only brake I've been on that I set it and forget it...plus they are sexy as hell!!
The steepness of platty is what I miss at all the other mountians....bummed I didn't make it this year but hopefully it will be open like this next year..
Yeah as much as it is nice to see Gwin's down right speed, he is just boring to watch as a spectator..mechanic's (skill) wise he has it all there, i would like to see a little showmanship out of him. Hope for him to win it all again but would like to see him pushed by Steve S. an Greg to keep it...
I have seen this, live in the serria foothills back in the late 70's. lady came around a corner on a 3 wheeler in a pit area to head out an we saw here bike run off into the trees, went over to see what happened as she did not get back up, it was a tough sight for a 6-7 year old to see ill tell...
