    29.76 lbs Trek Session 88

The bikes been great. Rides like a dream, it's really so much fun. Haven't broken anything at all, not even in a few pretty heavy crashes or when I've clipped the pedal. As expected I've had to true the wheels a few times, got dents in the rims and also got a little dent in the frame but...

I'm not stirring the ****, I'm just giving my own view and answers to people who basically say this bike is stupid. And come on man, if you think I get a kick from a forum then you don't know anything about kicks. You kinda missed my point a little, what I "asked" was if there's...

christiaan and trekrules: Haven't been able to ride this one yet, too much snow and too much to do at work. But I have no worries for the wheels, last year I ran a Flow, alu nipples and Supercomp spokes in the rear and it worked just fine. A couple of dings and dents but that's no serious...

Thanks for the comments! christiaan: The rear mech is only a few grams lighter than the Saint mod. klunky: If you're serious about doing it send me a PM. karpi: I modded the shifter the oldschool way by drilling and filing etc. Same thing with the chainguide. And as for the pedals mine...

karpi: I'll see if I get the time to weigh it later this week, I'll send you a pm. Jon: Thanks, and I'm sorry I left out the 14 gram cs protector. ;) Mårten: Sure thing! Gary: I simply shaved some weight off the LG1+, same thing with the shifter and I also made the derraileur a...

Thanks for the words. IH8rice: Definitely not, it's built for riding and since the off-season actually means no riding over here in Sweden were I live I get plenty of spare time to build my bike and fine tune things. I don't like flashy paintjobs or such at all, as a matter of fact I even...

Oh no worries man, on both points I just wanted to give a comment and an explanation! :) Glad you like it, I'll make sure I give all the details and small good stuff when the build is finished! mtbman: Yeah I've thought of something like that. It's just that I wanted to do some proper...

40lb post! DH/FR Rigs around the 40lb mark! tips, pics, specs

A speclist will come once the build is finished. As for the chain guide, I couldn't really care less about what they'd think about it. I've owned several e13 guides and don't have any plans on running any other brand since my personal opinion is that they are the best. On this build however...
