There's nothing wrong with spitfires, you just need to pay attention to your pivots and use grease as needed. (a 5-10 min job every month if you ride often like me) Just wait for the new one and you wont regret it ;) Pictured here in "steep mode" during the first ride last year. back...- qikss

Nice review. Ive been eying spittys for a while now...just cant decide on size. Im 5'8.5", short legs and arms with long torso. Im thinking a medium with a short stem might work for me. BB-Can we meet up so i can check out your bike sometime?- qikss

new crank brothers mallets???
A friend tested these for about 1/4 a run on a tail in laguna...he landed off a gap jump and the plastic inner totally broke away from the spindle. :eek: After riding the rest of the way down on the spindle only...and letting his foot heal for 3 weeks he was fine. Price CB pays for R&D i...- qikss

its set up ghetto tubeless.. I was suspect of that scale, but weighed another one of my bikes that i know the weight of on it and it measured true. Im not a weight weanie at all but i was very happy when i first weighed it. The important thing is that the bike is sooo SOLID.- qikss

Norbar: Trust me I do...this bike rails everything ridiculously.. I havent weighed it with the tioga seat and ti spring yet....before with a devo and steel sping it was 36.8...so hopefully now its around 36 :)- qikss
