I would have to say it's the WTB hub. I have the same problems, almost have to hammer the axle in and out of my Monster. I tried it with my Hayes hub and it works smooth and easy . My brother ran a WTB last season with an MX 6 and had the same problems. Dont sand the axle!

I tried to get on the Suntour site as well but nothing would come up, Have you tried your LBS??? Not to put down your fork but you may even consider upgrading it to something a little(or alot) nice than that Suntour. Seems a shame for that bike to run a low end fork like that. Anyway I know...
Well yes but not always... I don't know what kind of riding you do but I race DH and also alot of freeriding. The key is I weigh 270# without armor and I'm hard on all parts. In a perfect world nothing would break or go bad but this world is far from perfect isn't?? A great troublefree warrenty...
