    Ya most of the helmets are vinyl now due to time constraints and logos. I know quite a few of the motoGP lids are.. check out drudi. He does a ton of vinyl on Rossi's lids, but when he has time he litereally hand paints them...very little to no airbrush work, all brush...

    Where in CA? If you are going to southern CA, there really aren't any lift accessible trails for DH anymore, especially with rentals. Norcal, there's Northstar, right at Lake Tahoe.

    what's going on with Bryceland? That could be an interesting scenario.. Bryceland to Monster/Specialized...Gwin stays with Trek, maybe MacDonald moves to Spec or Trek with them.

    I'm guessing after the first of the year. Sam's contract runs out this year...no idea when exactly, but announcing it in 2013 when the 2012 contract is up seems to be typical.
