Update:
The e-mail that I referenced got back to Bill Stenger, co-owner of Burke and Jay Peak. Here's the update:

A friend of mine alerted me to this story regarding the severance of the land use agreement between Burke mountain (now called Q Burke) and Kingdom Trails:

The story has unleashed a flood of comments below...
Hence my suggestion to talk with a professional. I respect your opinion on this one and I agree that meds aren't for everyone. For me they seem to work pretty well. Just thought I'd throw it out there as a suggestion since I didn't see anyone else mentioning it.
I live in Vermont and have similar tastes when it comes to my sports. I used to be into skiing, but now I mostly just ride. Money is tight and the winter is long. Two things that have helped me are headlamps and anti-depressants. No joke - go talk to your doctor about some meds. I have two...
Boston Lot in Lebanon, NH. Check in at Mason Racing in Lebanon for info, as the trails there aren't publicized. Millstone in Barre, VT. Second vote for STAB, but that's not terribly close to 89. The Pinnacle in Newport, NH is pretty excellent. Perry Hill in Waterbury. I've heard good things...
Having only looked at the subject of this thread, that is to say not having actually read any of the content, I'd have to say that whatever it is you're planning on doing will only make you a bigger a$$hole. You're like entropy in that regard.
I fail to see how this could possibly be a first ammendment case. In no way does your situation even begin to constitute infringement on your free speech. You spoke freely via Facebook. Employer responded how they saw fit.

Jesus, did anybody read that article?
"The company, well known for its customer service..." Technically that's a true statement, but not in the way MBA says it...
"Still, as is common in any liquidation, the best that can be hoped for is that someone will buy the rights to the Titus...
Ok Woody,
I took a look at the first video again. What I thought was a pedal axle failure actually looks like it was a crank failure. In fact it does appear likely that it was a fatigue failure, as the crank appears to have failed on the shear plane. Nice work my friend - I'd hire you to...
Well, that's just like, your opinion man. I guess we can agree to disagree, as without holding the failed parts in hand we can't examine the fractures. If said failed parts have fractures that are characterized by smooth edges, shiny (as opposed to cloudy) gray metal and possibly some minor...
With respect, I don't think fatigue life has anything to do with this snappage! Dude is going big and landing hard despite being a smooth rider. Fatigue life usually isn't a concern until you approach millions of cycles.
