Hey y'all
Power went out do to crazy winds yesterday afternoon. Still out and PG&E has no timeline on when it will be back.
Woke up to an email from an engineer in our office in Europe accusing my Techs of not packing an item properly and damaging another company's pre-production crank...
Hey all,
Finding it impossible to be productive this Friday. I'm supposed to be reviewing grant applications for the Outride Fund and boy is it dry.
Thanks for the distraction!
Power was out when I got home last night so I went to the local dive for a burger and apparently too many beers. Feeling pretty crusty this morning. Hoping to get out of here ASAP today and go ride.
Forgot to take my computer home last night. So I got to come into the office today for my 7AM. Oh well. I guess I need to get off an hour or so early for a ride then...
Day off for Juneteenth, still taking care of some minor reports and such to ease the workload for the rest of the week. My former boss just slaughtered a bunch of chickens over the weekend so he is having a BBQ this afternoon.
Just submitted my application to be on the Bicycle and Pedestrian...
I could tell you. But then I'd have to kill you
Could just be a dummy derailleur to throw off internet sleuths. I will say I am super excited to see this in the wild.
I love mondays.... Somehow got roped into a conversation with Legal regarding torque specs. Other than that should be a pretty simple week. Have technical assessments of 2 potential technicians on Wednesday. I hope those go well because that will make my life significantly easier. Fingers crossed!
House hunting today. Our apartment complex has raised our rent to within a couple hundred bucks of a number of houses in our area. Time to get the hell out.
Got some minor clearance checks to run. Then out of the office early to go rip some laps with my coworkers. Today is fixin to be a pretty good end to the week
All Uni. Started by sealing off the hole with some DP420 so that it wouldn’t collapse under compression. Then made a small 0 degree patch to fill it in. The following plies were one 0, four 45s, then finished off with a 0 across the whole repair.
