    I am an ... mmmm an aggressive xc rider .. i mean for a girl at least :) I ride for fun descents but enjoy the pain of the climbs .. when they are done. (out here its usually 5 or so miles up) then you get the fun stuff... I ride a spot 29er ss made for the short kids ..

    haha ... i don't know - I think it was something like 2 x 1 or something.. it was a pretty easy gear.. Which seemed perfect for 24 hours! We had a co'ed SS 4 person team - And I think they would have loved a bigger gear.. They were FLYing by me :)

    2 already .. Crazy!! That is a pretty bike! Yes - The SS was awesome on this course .. I had to walk the b*tches by my 3rd lap .. It is waaayy to early in the season .. and no training to make it up those the entire race and still go on :)) The belt drive was super cool! and completely quite!

    Carbon Drive- seems like a good idea

    As well me (I was sharing a pit with my teammate who was on the Single Speed) - I had to clean and lube my chain almost every lap with the normal geared bike. Next year - I am all over the carbon drive!
