Were you stopping just before or while they were fogging up? I've found that mine will only fog up while stopped (like on a group ride for whatever reason). It's never bothered me enough to buy or do anything for it though. I just keep riding :biggrin:
No, more than $250 and as for the steerer tube...longish. I can get an exact measurement tomorrow. I think I'm safe saying it'll fit almost any frame though.
