Sure haha. I found that some bikes with the name Volkscycle will have a badge on the front that says made in West Germany, which I was hoping mine would.....but....Others are just Japanese produced bikes that were given cool sounding names to "confuse" Americans who thought that "Japanese made"...
Alright, my bad for being all childish last night. I was tired as **** and was hoping for all the answers to be laid in my lap, obviously not the way to go about things. I did some research this morning. I have found what I needed...thanks.
Yea thanks for that, cause I couldn't figure out how to use Google before you showed me that....
As I said, I haven't found what I was looking for. Was just wondering if anyone else knew of anything just in case it wasn't convered by the lame a** Google search.
I just picked up an early 70's Volkscycle road bike for 40 bucks yesterday and tried to do some research and haven't really found what I'm looking for.
Anyone hear of or know of Volkscycle?
Once again, that beast is clean! I would swap the 3.0, if you had the money and time and all that! I bet this thing is amazing to drive! My 944 had the 2.5 in it and it was a blast on the street!
Here's the 944
"You're traveling through another dimension -- a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. That's a signpost up ahead: your next stop: the Twilight Zone!"

^For sure!!
I for one was laughing my *** off the whole time I read this, not because I'm making fun of you but because I can relate to everything you posted! I share your same fear of the dark, and I do the same things to "protect" myself from whatever could be waiting around the corner...
Please tell me that's yours! I know I'm into alot of the cars on here but VW's and Porsches are it for me. In 2009 I bought an 85.5 944, just sold her last year. I'm diggin this beauty though!!! It's super clean and well done sir :thumb:
I did three years in the National Guard, I liked it but I was ready to be done when my time came. Thanks for serving as long as you have. It's 20 years at least to retire right?
I enjoy my new job very much. It's not really a career and I just stumbled upon it last week haha. I cook and take...
Those Volvos :D
I also have a mini Toyota, not going to bag it or anything like that, it's going to be my beater. It was my daily driver until I blew the motor. Motor is currently 80% complete.
I did a sweet custom sunroof on it too!
