I heard Richie Rude back to DH. I really don't see why he doesn't race World Championships, tons of practice time and it's just one race.
This is a really good Podcast series anyway. But heard the rumor in this one...
TLD's have been most durable glove i've used. Just wish they put a snot rag on them. The ACE gloves i'm not a fan of just because of how thin they are but they are meant to be thin.
I had these couple years ago. Bought them because looked good. Absolute nightmare to mount on my Crossmax rims. Had to use the 12 inch Pedro's tire lever to get them on.
That foot injury he had can be a career ender for athletes in other sports. I just hope all this wayward thinking isn't influenced by the funky lettuce, he'll regret that.....
I have a bronson. I run 1750 gram wheels and comparable tires for enduro stuff and put on IKON's and 1500 gram wheels if trails are smooth. Bike fly's on the smooth trails, can still reach high speeds to use the suspension.
At the Olympic track cycling the British dominated winning 11 medals. USA won 2. The Brit's had 40 person PAID member coach/support staff (32 million pound budget) . The USA had 1 paid coach for the entire team. Lack of fund is not isolated to Bro Gravity teams.
I run 19m and 23mm Crossmax rims. 21/28. Never burped a tyre, Will get flat once tyre starts getting worn down.
Steve Peat won 6-7 World Cups on 21mm Mavics.....picked them over the 29s........
People start out riding 29r's now from day one on Manicured trails. These people in 2-3 years are running the local show......that's not good IMO.
I started in the 90's on 26 riding beat up hiking trails. Was a much steeper learning curve.
And 26 is more fun, but too bad it's so damn slow.....
