It's pretty flat other than punchy-ish climbing but there's a ton of trails within 30min of each other. Places to hit would be George Poston Park which is probably the closest to mtn riding you're going to get and is non-robot built, Backyard Trails for more freeride-ee type stuff, Whitewater...
