Take it to a proper bike shop and have them dish the wheel over, replace the broken axle (if they know how to do that anymore) or buy a new wheel.
Welcome to mtn biking. Stuff breaks.

I don't have any Torco products. I guess I should have modified Torco and Silkolene with 'OR'.
Maxima is very helpful if you have specific questions about their formulations at least. I know that they have a version of Float Fluid coming out as well as Slick Honey, if it's not out already. They...
I just rebuilt a 2005-6 Fox 36 the other day. I was looking at the 34 FiT damper. The 36 damper you guys are talking about... it's the inside out, doubled over one right? I spent a few minutes trying to turn the 34 extrusion inside out to see if it would match the one in the 36. I gave up...
For Fox red or for Green?
Torco and Silkolene have analogues. For the Red stuff, it's the shock oil. The Fox Green is the fork oil.

Basically, if you have air in the mix (like an open bath damper) then you need something that...
If you take apart the rebound and can't find anything obviously wrong, you'll have to replace the rebound assembly. It's pretty easy to service dual crown forks as you can just take out one stanchion at a time. Just make sure you check the damper oil volume.
As for new forks, I don't like...
Maxima fork oils are very good. Push uses them. Suspension Experts use them. RockShox BlackBox guys use it. I use it because they use it.
Maxima has an analogue for everything that Fox, RockShox, Marz, Manitou, etc use. They are great with customer service too.

Take it to a shop and have them call SRAM dealer service. You'll likely get a new damper for it.
If the damper is leaking out the top, they'll likely send you a new one. They just sent me one on Monday for a leaking damper in a 2011 Reba. Everything worked great until you turned it upside down...
That doesn't sound right at all. I've serviced 2006+ 36 forks recently. Did you blow up the bladder? What parts do you need? I have some 36 parts in stock. Just the bladder?

Sounds like there might be no grease on the crown race. I've installed dozens (hundreds?) of King headsets and they last forever and a day. Grease everywhere that metal hits metal, use LocTite 242 (anti-seize) between the cups and frame. Tighten it. It's damn-near impossible to overtighten a...
It says new RP23 but it's not in the pic. Make sure it's the right size/tune on the rear shock if it is a new one.
The '05 is better, but it's still 2-3 generations old. Stay away from the 2002 for sure...

The best way to learn about suspension is in situ with someone you can ride with. Certain sections of trail correspond well to certain settings. I have helped a few hundred people set up their suspension at bike parks and a basic understanding is all that is needed. However, my experience most...
For what it's worth, the Monarch Plus rear shock is WAY more robust than the RP23 unit. That external reservoir makes a huge difference when plowing through dh runs. It'll heat up, sure, but it's never faded on me at 'shoe or Creek.
If you get a '12 unit, make sure you replace the lower air can...
The DBAir has a progressive spring rate that is different from your linear coil spring. Here's the chart of the 3 air volumes and their spring rates from CC: http://www.canecreek.com/products/suspension/db-air/features
I would say that you are going to use less travel or sag further in to get...
F pm. Shoot me an internets mail. info at trailwerkssuspension dot com.
I won't tell you how ghetto I had to get last night to charge the IFP on a Gen1 TALAS.
Thanks for taking the time to do this. Good man.
mk
IFP tools for crush washers? I'll take you up on that!
I just got set up as a dealer and Fox said they aren't supporting that IFP tool or that TALAS tool anymore. *I* would like to support it...
