I am a god damn idiot. I went on a ride on sunday and my ass/sit bones is still sore (and is going to be for atleast a couple more days).
I used a pivotal seat because it was what I had lying around when I was building my bike. never again.
I haven't read any of this thread (typical me), but if someone is after thiccc grips, check out the Easton ones. theyre carbon friendly clamp design as well. they also do offer a thinner profile.
I really dig the clamp design though. now, it looks like I have justified a carbon bar purchase.
Werent there a couple of horst link bikes before the patent expired? Lappy and KTM come to mind. Not sure if the patent laws are different in tea and crumpet land, or if they had to work out a deal with spesh.
jesus people are terrible

he started riding and pushing for felt. need we say more? The only thing that could be the final nail in the coffin is if he goes and joins lopes @ derpsworth.
in all seriousness, I would love to see team robot come back; sans the felt shit.
reminds me of this:
speaking of. I miss trivial.
edit:
I know no one cares, but I like the straight top tube rendering on the previous page vs the curvy one. standover height it for losers with short legs.
I only hear good things about savage. I think I may get into reloading this winter if time permits.
how is the accuracy on the axis? shooting at 100yds? its amazing how well modern manufacturing has gotten and how rifle makers can make budget guns shoot pretty tight groups.
