I'm looking at upgrading my stock 2013 trek session 88 to get it a little lighter for racing. Looking for recommendations as what to get.. Such as wheels, bars,stem? Anything to lighten it up

ok so I had a D3 size XL which fit my head good, but was loose in the cheeks(even with the thickest pads). I also tried the Large D3 which I couldnt even get on my head.. so D3's are out for me.
So I'm looking for a helmet that fits a L-XL size but has a tighter fit in the cheeks, anyway...

hey guys was looking at getting a new set of the troy lee t-bones and noticed they have different sizing now SM/MED, MED/LG, LG/XL, & XL/XXL. I think they were just S,M,L,XL before weren't they? Im using a medium right now of the older one im guessing I would be a SM/MED for the new ones??
