Damn Dentist wheels on the road bike. I was hearing this weird clicking noise from the rear wheel on last night's ride. Took it to the shop. They found that the carbon rim is broken in four places radiating from spoke holes. New rim time.

Near as I can tell the free stuff is either outdated or just shortened versions of the full movie. If you want the "good stuff" you have to pay. But like bike parts last years models are cheaper and work just the same.
How can porn be outdated? Well, I guess 70s, um, hair fashion was different...

Hello all. I think I might get a single speed cross bike for commuting. Just need to figure out if All City 52 cm is too big for me since they run large. My Klein way back in the day was a 52 cm, iirc, but apparently their 52 cm had 2" lower standover than All City.
I just picked up an Advocate Cycles Lorax and it's rad, and not expensive. Check out SloHi bikes, they're a dealer and I believe they're honoring the sale price (Lorax Complete MSRP: Was $1799 Now $1,199) on any stock they have. They might have a 52 in the shop for you to check out. Super neat bike. More relaxed geo than a CX bike, but still comes with disc brakes and fits massive (for road) tires. Like a touring road bike and a CX bike made sweet, sweet love and this is what happens. Lots of bikes out there in this category as well, this is just one of them.

Bonus: SloHi has some really darn good coffee as well.

By the time the fresh crop of porn makes it to the free sites, it's already a few years old. Old porn works just like the newer stuff. Think of the pay sites as; for the porn connoisseurs, who like dentist bikers, have to have the latest and greatest stuff.

That looks pretty similar to the Giant I picked up - https://www.giant-bicycles.com/ca/revolt-1-2017

I hate to say it, but its actually pretty fun to ride on paths and has no problems hitting dirt and some trail. Pump up the tires to 80ish PSI and you're flying down the gravel....

Truck failed smog because...... Fucking check engine light is dead :bonk: At least it passed emissions lol

I hate pulling interior stuff apart on vehicles but I'm not gonna pay a mechanic to replace an instrument panel light.

As an aside. Smog check employees are worthless human beings. This old crusty dude acted like he was angry at me for being there. Motherfucker, I'm the only person there, get off your phone and do your damn job.

Late to the game but better late than never! Six people showed up for our ride last night, it ruled. We rode until it was dark. Which was far too soon for any of us! Margaritas after, then home for stir fry and sake. Lazy day today... job hunt... made cookies... did dishes... read book... what else did I do?!?

Happy Friday!

Heh - last time I went in my CEL was *on* and they passed me. Apparently old-ass m-f'in' cars get some consideration as long as the emissions are within specs.

Met up with a fellow non-profit goon to discuss all sorts of stuff.

Went to lunch with a bunch of old fart engineers.

Dropped some parts off at LBS.

Ran up to South Burlington to get some electrical parts.

Spent a couple of hours setting up for a food festival on the green in Vergennes tomorrow.

Spent some time knitting conduit and electrical boxes together.

Beer thirty.

Made and consumed supper.

<= 1995? If after that it should be OBD-II.
