Oh my god no wonder you flat spot rims!!!! What are you like 400 lbs......and riding a bike down a lumpy ass trail like that......without using your brakes?........
My god, DH rims were never intended for THAT kind of abuse!!!!!
BTW, how did it feel being at Sea Otter and not racing? It was driving me nuckin futs! I felt like such a poser/loser sniveling about my damn job. Arrrrgh! Well I did manage to make some good contacts and hopefully it will result in some employment opportunities.
But daaaaaayyyyuuuuum riding and walking around at a snails pace was killing me. I was dying to go fast. So much so that I had a discussion about it with a CHP on the way home on Saturday.
Got out of the ticket (thank goodness) the guy was totally cool. Especially in light of the fact I was doing 85 through that area north of Prunetucky.
