i just bought a new sx trail frame and am tearing down my '05 ironhorse 7point3. looks like i'm going to have to get a new bottom bracket. but i am wondering if anyone knows if i will be able to get a new bb that will work with my old hussefelt crank arms. any help would be appreciated.

can't wait to get back there on 5/3/08! on either bike at this point!

If you get the right bb for the crank arms you should be fine. Its probably a howitzer bb or ISIS if you had pics I'd be able to help. Just make sure you use the right amount of bb spacers for your bb shell width.

shouldnt have a problem. depends on what type of b.b. it is. how old are the cranks?

Im not sure as to whether or not that works. but based on searching around a bit, it requires an ISIS bottom bracket, not the howitzer.

Yeah, your probably right. I though the frame was only a 2005.

Yeah I made that mistake and got the howitzer team, you need the ISIS.

Runner did you buy it for an sx trail? i think im going to get a truvativ gigapipe dh. i'm going to run a single ring and i can't find any info on whether to buy 113mm or 118mm.
