we are working on the rules but so far

no slow-mo
no dissolves
no distortion
no color correction/invert/levels/
I know we're in the dj forum but do we need to stick to street and dirt jump subject matter or is some squishy trail riding okay?

Totally. That should even the playing field a bit. But people with semi-pro to pro cameras will still have a huge advantage.
