Episode 21: RALLY CAR JUMP
Rally car driver Ken Block is looking to set the world record for distance jumping in a rally car. Unofficially, the record now stands at 65 feet, but Ken is going to take it to a whole new level and set the first official record. He plans to "fly" his Subaru WRX over 100 feet to set the standard in this rapidly growing sport.

The really cool thing is that that is essentialy a stock WRX, just a roll cage and some better shocks.

Yep that's him, I've met him a few times and he's a pretty cool guy, actually everybody on the Subaru rally team is pretty damn cool, and as long as they don't have any work to do on the car they don't mind having a conversation.

i met travis at a rally in MO. i talked to his codriver after he hit a stump @ 80. travis was not there at that point but even then the
codriver gave us a play by play.

I just caught the end of the show. I'm very suprised how well things went seeing as though he pretty much landed flat. I want to know what parts of the car went flying when he did hit though.
